check for Microsoft Macintosh Excel in app-type

before we only checked for "Microsoft Excel". Some excel files use the application name "Microsoft Macintosh Excel." Check for this name in app-type.

Thank you! (As a non-mac user I had no idea that MacOS Excel can even have a different application name - crazy :D)
