Description

A template builder is a tool for creating standardized document layouts quickly. It offers a user-friendly interface to design templates, ensuring consistency in formatting for various purposes such as certificates or official letters. Users can choose pre-designed templates or customize their own, streamlining the document creation process.

Enhancement scope:

  1. Need to create a template registry from where a drag and drop template can be added in the template builder. 2. Ui/Ux design can be enhanced . 3. make the system integratable or convert as a package so that it can can be considred as a plug and play with other systems. 4. Digital signature needs to be integrated for the approver and the applicant

Setup/Installation

git clone this-url cd project-root Install composer dependencies of this project by running composer install Copy .env-example to .env and configure your database and other connection. Run this two command also php artisan key:generate php artisan storage:link Run this command for migration and seeder php artisan migrate:fresh --seed Run this command to seed menu permission php artisan db:seed --class=TablePermissionKeySeeder Run this command to seed menu permission for system admin, institute admin, branch admin, training center admin and triner php artisan db:seed --class=RoleWisePermissionSeeder Run this command to clear all type of cache php artisan cache:clear php artisan optimize:clear Run this command to start application php artisan serve Usage Go to the link /user/login like http://127.0.0.1:8000/user/login for login and enter the system admin credentials below.

Expected Outcome

Make the product as Plug and Playable , more integrable and user friendly with better security measures

These are the approaches founded by me : 1) Template Library: Offer a library of pre-made templates for various purposes, such as resumes, flyers, invitations, and newsletters, that users can choose from and customize. 2) Data Merge: Implement a data merge feature that enables users to populate template fields with data from external sources, such as spreadsheets or databases, making it easier to create personalized content at scale. 3) Offline Editing: Provide the ability to download templates for offline editing, allowing users to work on their designs without an internet connection and sync changes once they're back online. 4) AI-Powered Suggestions: Utilize artificial intelligence to analyze users' template designs and provide intelligent suggestions for improving layout, color schemes, typography, and overall aesthetics.

You can find a brief of all the steps mentioned in the flowchart in my proposal, I also have mentioned the time required to complete the steps and the breakdown of each step.
