Does gene expression file matter if my RNA-seq is stranded? #22

Hi,

I supposed gene expression file only plays a role when the input RNA-seq is un-stranded. (for the program to determine the strand of each read). Is it correct? Thank you!

Hi, I tested this by adding or not adding a non-default expression file, and got the same results.
