My column Sample is empty the csv result #28

Hello, I do not know how to provide the Sample name to RNAeditingIndexer, I though it was taking it from the bam file header, but it does not work for me. Is there a way to inform RNAeditingIndexer direclty? Or how should be formated the bam header to be taken into account?
