mutation site regions according to refseq, how RNAEditingIndexer deals with isoforms?

I would like to know in which region fall an investigated site when the RefSeq annotation have mRNA isoforms and

• in one isoform the site is into the exonic region
• In the other one the site is e.g. in the intronic region

Will it be counted twice, in exonic and in intronic region ?
