docker creation #4

Hi,

Firstly thanks for a dockerised environment, very handy.

I see the following in docker the docker image build stage:

File "/bin/AEI/RNAEditingIndexer/make/compileMouseEncodeGeneExpression.py", line 4 SyntaxError: Non-ASCII character '\xc2' in file /bin/AEI/RNAEditingIndexer/make/compileMouseEncodeGeneExpression.py on line 4, but no encoding declared; see http://python.org/dev/peps/pep-0263/ for details

Hi, First - you're very welcome.

It appears that during the licensing a non-ascii character was left there by accident. I'm deeply sorry, I thought we have found them all. I've removed it - can you kindly update to the latest version, it should work now. Please let me know. Best, Shalom Hillel Roth
