I have just recently started applying this tool to examining the RNA editing levels for various samples and wanted to make sure that I am installing and using the tool correctly.
For the output from my test run, I see correct A2NEditingIndices and C2NEditingIndices but the columns for G2N and T2N editing indices just went missing in the output index file. Anyone else came across this issue or knows what is going on here?
