general_functions WARNING #44

Hi, I ran this software on both the BAMs included in TestResources and my own STAR aligned BAM, I got a consistent warning: general_functions WARNING GGPSResources.general_functions.remove_files Failed To Remove 29-11-2023-20.cnf

This doesn't seem to disrupt the program to generate some results. But I would like to understand what this warning might influence.

FYI, I followed all the requirements regarding installation and configuration. My running command was: ./RNAEditingIndex -d /home/myaccount/RNAEditingIndexer-master/TestResources/BAMs -f .AluChr1Only.bam -l /home/myaccount/RNAEditingIndexer-master/testlog -o /home/myaccount/RNAEditingIndexer-master/testcmpileup -os /home/myaccount/RNAEditingIndexer-master/testsummary --genome hg38
