Hi!

I was looking for a tool to detect RNA Editing events and saw this on github. Is it in its final version? Does it work? Is there a way to access the paper "Landscape of adenosine-to-inosine RNA recoding across human tissues" (Gabay et.al Nature Communications)?

The pipeline works. The paper was accepted to the journal but it is not online yet, we will update the README file with the DOI when it will be ready.
