-start A2D
-hit "A" to select "A2.Desktop" drive icon
-quickly press Open Apple key while also quickly pressing "O"
-fails to open the drive
If Open Apple is held down for a bit of time before hitting "O", it will work correctly. It will also work correctly the second time OA-O is attempted, if it doesn't work the first time. Seems to need roughly two seconds from the time "A" is pressed to when OA-O will work, otherwise it fails to register the keypress.
