Calibre-web logout or failover to login UI instead of SSO #7

When SSO login session timeout or after long time, Calibre-web fail over to standard login UI instead of SSO login UI.

This might be a bug of Calibre-web and not sure if it is fixed or not. Try to fix it as workaround in Nginx reverse proxy.
