@devopsralf - what do you think - should we merge this in with the gui-wallet-support branch, or merge both in and tag master as an update and security path and have that coincide with the updated GUI wallets?

Former being path of least resistance, and we'll need to rebuild the GUI wallets regardless, but would allow instantiated pools to remain up and running and existing nodes to not have to tear down and rebuild.

(tl:dr; - what's your opinion on allow for this epee fix - thank you @routed3 - to create the next maintenance window for the community?)

@drparadoxical I think its time for a tag update. We can push this and the burning fix in, and push out 1.0.4
