[Bug] kodi 18.4 ssl certificate issue #43

Describe the bug Pretty much everything in openmeta fails due to a certificate error on "18.4 Git:20190831-3ade758ceb"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Start kodi, openmeta error occurs
Force library update, error occurs
Total setup, error occurs "SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED"

Expected behavior No errors

Platform

Kodi version: 18.4 Leia 20190831-3ade758ceb
Device: Nvidia Shield Tv 2017
Operating System: Android pie

My bad, turns out it was https filtering in adguard that messed it up
