Added language selection for meta information #45

The only uncertainty here is that many of these methods may throw errors or just not work if the service in question (TVDB/TMDb) doesn't have data in the language that gets passed. There needs to be some sort of check against what languages are supported by the provider being queried.

Another thing I'd love to see before merging this is the ability to simply set it (or have as default?) for "User Interface", similar to Kodi itself.

Independently of this PR, another developer added multi-language support. Are you able to test the changes in 1.4.10 and see if they are satisfactory?
