Cannot select integration in Home Assistant version 2022.4.1 #22

After adding this repository via HACS, I cannot add the openwb integration under configuration / integration / Add Integration, as it is not listed as an available option.

I can see in the logs, that the component was found [homeassistant.loader] We found a custom integration openwbmqtt which has not been tested by Home Assistant. This component might cause stability problems, be sure to disable it if you experience issues with Home Assistant

A Browser refresh solved my issue
