Pokemon Stadium Transfer Pack

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure Bizhawk's N64 Controller to use a Transfer Pak.
2. Run Pokémon Stadium (U)  Chosen due to easy to read text.
3. Reach the Controller check menu.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The game says there is no Game Pak connected.  What should happen is the game 
will read the ROM (or cartridge) for Pokémon Red/Blue/Yellow(?) and allow the 
SRAM from that game, to be used in this game.

This also effects Perfect Dark as that game has some special cheats that are 
unlocked if you have the Perfect Dark GBC game in the Transfer Pak.

The N64 Controller Configuration form will probably need to be changed to allow 
ROMs and their save data to be selected if the user wants to use a Transfer Pak.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
