Can't load SFC rom at all #203

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Trying to load Nintama Rantarou(SFC)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Bizhawk is supposed to emulate this game correctly instead of seeing black 
screen forever.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version(v1.7.1) with compatible core.
Windows 8.1

Please provide any additional information below.
I couldn't fix it however I changed emu settings or default settings even.
I didn't experiment this bug with other roms.

I tried to run the game and it worked for me.
Nintama Rantarou (Japan)
SHA1:4174AE65229898AAB31C82A5FEF138D8EAFC56F2

It appears to work with Compatibility Core and Use Ring Buffer IO

Well, I tried another rom with different SHA1 and it worked for me too. It's 
weird.

Here was the rom name and SHA1 that wasn't worked.
Nintama_Rantarou_(J)
SHA1:4cdd2156c0425ffa273b4e1599277fdc737dce78

What are the goodset verified good rom hashes for Nintama Rantarou?  No sense 
wasting time on a bad dump.
