broken in FCEUX newppu as well.
due to my limited understanding at the time of the necessity of emulating PPU
disabled states.
In this case, the sprite rendering was disabled, so the MMC5 A/B CHR selection
for OBJ vs BG should not have been running; this was causing the game to read
from the wrong CHR banks during initialization-time when reading its nametable
entries from CHR.
