Cannot change address using Ram Watch #443

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open BizHawk
2. Start a GBA ROM
3. Open Ram Search
4. Change Settings>Memory domains to "Combined WRAM"
5. Search something up and add it to Ram Watch; it should display 
6. Click and attempt to edit and change the address into something else

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to have the same length, rather than 2 units short:

First address is the example found using Ram Search, second is what happens if 
I try to edit/duplicate and retype it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
BizHawk-1.10.0 on Windows 8.1

Please provide any additional information below.
Right now, the only way to edit it is use notepad.
