Frame counter reset for non-movies #45

Similar to the lag-frame reset, make on for the frames executed counter.  I
know I'd find it useful

I rather think those counters should not be reset when recording a movie.

Hmm... and I think both frame counter and lag counter are reset when no movie 
is active.

I mean, if you wanted to see how long something takes to do, you could reset the
frame counter and see what it is when you done it, rather than taking the 
difference
between the frame counter value when you started and finished

Added an extra frame counter which won't affect movies in any way.
