Option list to choose language #32

Because you have some different translation files now, what do you think 
about an option list with all language available to offer the choice of user 
language in Slimstats?

That is definitely a good idea. Issue 31 covers moving all the configuration 
options into the database so they can 
be edited from the front end, so I've merged this in there.
