Enhancement: Add searching ability while loading document #112

We are trying to use this to preview search result. I would be great to be able 
to pass in the search term[s] and have the search terms highlighted when the 
preview loads (more like google's cached page view). Also, if the pages that 
have the hits are provided as a link for navigation it would be very useful.

I would suggest that you use split mode rather than progressive loading to do 
this. Searching a document which is still loading in progressive mode would not 
be as reliable
