Add "Book View" option

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

We love flexpaper, and most of the items that we are displaying are manuals 
that feel more natural in the two-page format.  It would be great to see this 
expanded upon with page turning animations and the ability to click to the left 
and right of the document to change pages.

Also, it would be nice to have a more natural page count when displaying two 
pages simultaneously.  Some users have found the x of y page count, with two 
pages displayed, confusing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

There will be a separate plug-in which will imitate book view available in the 
next few weeks.
