We can give it a try although I think that event is reserved by the browser and 
will zoom the entire window

That would be lovely.
I tested in FF3.6 and IE8 and the website does not zoom when the cursor is over 
the flash content. So chances are, that it will work..

This would be inconsistent with how OS X works since Control + Scroll magnifies 
the screen in OS X
