ViewModeToolsVisible controls #135

Hello,

Can we control individual tools to enable / disable inside 
ViewModeToolsVisible=true / false?

As of now I can enable / disable all at a time. Please let me know if there is 
possibility to enable / disable it like that.

I want to hide thumb view and two page view from ViewModeToolsVisible set?

Please see our unlimited license if you want to tailor the toolbar more 
specifically.
