Print range #136

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.In print dialog box if all pages option is selected 
2.Small bug in nextpage option

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. only first 3 pages are printing
2. At the end of a page block if no further pages, Null process is not properly 
terminated. HTML hints about an error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4, Windows

Do you have a pdf document or a converted document as swf that I can have a 
look at ? and have you converted your document using our recommended parameters 
(see the wiki)

the print range routine has been updated to be more stable.
