I noticed the same problem. I believe that it was not because of flexpaper.swc. 
But the spark container properties in flex 4 might be creating the problem. 
With the earlier source (sdk 3) also the case is same when rebuilt using flex 
4. I hope Erik may suggest some solution before the new build release.

Thanks for the report guys. The SDK4 SWC library is just a beta so far and we 
need all help we can get on finding issues like this. I will have this 
corrected as soon as possible.
