Enhancement: Transparent Background

I notice that in the windows version of pdf2swf there is an option to "make 
SWF file transparent". I set this option and then set a background texture 
on the body tag of the html file that holds the flexpaper viewer but the 
texture did not show through (I just got a white background instead). I'm 
guessing that this is because the flexpaper viewer doesn't have a 
transparent background. I would like to be able to apply global background 
textures to my flexpapers in this way if possible.
