Page centering problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. using a swf file with first page e.g. half the width of following pages
(e.g. book cover followed by 2 opposing pages)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when zooming out on the 2nd or following pages you can see the left margin
correctly dirived from page 1 but the right part of the broad page is
truncated.

What version of the product are you using?
1.2.4

Please provide any additional information below.
page center should be calculated from the current page not the first one.

maybe the problem is related to "Issue 17: Legal documents are cutoff in the 
viewer" ?
