Redraw of pages, caching doesn't seem to work well in latest RC

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load a document, especially one with many pages, and one with various page 
sizes
2. Scroll the document from one page to another
3. Sometimes, you will see that the wrong pages are displayed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the right pages show. The wrong page shows instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3 RC. This didn't happen in the 1.2 version.

Please provide any additional information below.

There has been performance improvements made which could impact on how/when 
pages are 
redrawn but I have not had anyone else report any issues in this regard. What 
OS/browser/flash player version are you running?

and could you also perhaps supply a PDF/converted swf document where you have 
seen this 
behaviour

will not fix this as no further information was supplied and nobody else has 
experienced similar issues
