JDK API is invoked in UI thread when opening JVM Explorer first time #43

When opening JVM Explorer first time, JVM model in JVM Monitor plugin is 
initialized accessing to JDK API to get the currently running JVMs on localhost 
with UI thread instead of non-UI thread.
