Allow users to understand the meaning behind cities page.

Specs: Location: https://kapitbisig.ca/cities

  1. Update "Cities" page title to "Find Local Support"
  2. "Our local networks are set up on the city level." - this copy might add an extra layer of confusion especially if English isn't your first language? Adjust copy "Our local networks are set up on the city level. Please check each city page for more information." to "Please click on your city to find local support."
