Allow users to clearly identify the Hotline phone number at a glance.

Specs: Location: https://kapitbisig.ca/hotline

  1. Bring "+1 866-275-4046." down to the secondline after "...contact us at"
  2. Remove period after number
  3. Adjust font size to H1
  4. Keep color blue
