e as first character in Main.cpp #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. checkout the code with svn
2. try to make in the open-zwave/cpp/examples/linux/server folder
3. make fails

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the code compile, but it nags about stdlib errors...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 1

Please provide any additional information below.
There is an "e" as the first character in the Main.cpp file.
Remove it and the code compiles fine.
