remove snapshot tests of ast #18

They are v brittle when I change the ast

In https://github.com/aDotInTheVoid/skate/commit/d838f29a50691cac68f9dfc264db66b63338f3a4, I didnt look at them at all, so I dont think they have value, as I'm blindly blessing. It might be worth adding a test to make sure they parse.
