Would you please setup webshim on packagist.org? This would simplify fetching it using composer because at the moment it is required to add a VCS repository entry in composer.json in order to let composer find the package. This leads to composer scans all tags which requires a lot of time. If it would be available on packagist.org composer could find the latest version fitting to the specified version range much faster.
