Publish post-1.0 astro-fonts #64

I see astro-fonts now uses set:html as per #62 , but the package on npm (https://www.npmjs.com/package/astro-fonts) has not yet been updated.

Maybe there's a reason for it, if so, let me know if I can help 😅
