Behaviour of add module mismatch UG for module description #4

In the UG it is stated as follows, that the description can contain any characters except double quotes:

However, upon entering the command below, it could be added:

Perhaps there is a language issue and could be worded better.

I'm confused as to what the problem is in the scenario provided here. The module description provided is test mod, which indeed does not contain any double quotes, so it is accepted and reflected as such once the module is created.
