Use 'Unlimited Teams' to fix pvp issue? #1

Teams/Unlimited Teams by Scavenger I remembered this plugin and it could possibly help figure out how to make it pvp only for the target and the bounty. I was thinking the source code could be used to make each player on their own 'team' and dispose of that team after the round is finished. No idea if it's inefficient or not.
