Add More Features to OBS Websocket #98

We can do a lot more with OBS websocket. Below has a link to all of the possibilities. Let me know if you want to add something, I can assist if needed.

Small update on this -

OBS websocket v5.0 is progressing rather quickly. May be able to migrate to it once fully released. In a major version of glimboi we will be adding the command trigger system. This will also be linked to this system (OBS phase 3). We can already pull data from OBS however no action is setup to do so.

OBS v5 is released. We need to migrate over to it. However, they did publish a compat version for ws 4x. Until I have time to migrate it, users can use the compat version.

I started work on this, but never finished due to Glimesh ending. If anyone wants to work on that for their own use, see the obsv5 branch. It still needs work, but has a decent base to build on. It also converts some obs actions.
