We should explore the ability for app users to report a code of conduct violation, or to otherwise summon help. Reports should be able to be submitted anonymously.... probably? Perhaps rate-limiting or recaptcha on the API? We'll need something to be able to inhibit abuse, but also allow attendees to get help.
Note that this would/could be in addition to a phone number that the conference might make available to attendees (and that we would display). In situations such as DC27's DC101/Welcome, some people might be much more willing to anonymously attempt to summon help via the app than they would be to place an actual phone call and lodge a vocal complaint while in a fully-packed auditorium.
