Start Implementing game hud (Player health, experience, etc)

• Need to start designing and developing the Hud for the game, this will include:
  • Health bar
  • Experience bar
  • Mana bar
  • Level
  • etc
• Need to create a Hud class that takes in data from the player (and thus is coupled to the player), that is responsible for drawing some SFML rectangles (and maybe text) that keeps track of hp/xp/mana/etc)
