SettingsUI Controls overlapping #53

Fixed the controls flow inserted in the gui, see related issue #52 for more details.

Btw, this "fix" doesn't work with TradeMacro at all, as mentioned here https://github.com/aRTy42/POE-ItemInfo/issues/52, Looks like this settings
