Please, extend skyremote to SkyGlass

Hi, I notice that this palette works really good with Sky Glass, but some commands are missing.

• Volume control (there is no other way to change volume than the sky remote)
• Volume mute
• External source change (HDMI 1, HDMD2, HDMI3, DVB)

It would be wonderful (I don't know it is possible!) if different command were available for "power_on" and "power_off"... Here below my remote. On Glass don't exist the pure "red", "green", "yellow" and "blue" keys, and also "record". I'm obviously available for testing. Thank you!

I don't have a chance to check if it works (I'm not so expert), but it seems that there is a way to know if the box is on or off, then send "power_off" or "power_on" command instead the blind toggle "power". Maybe it works. GIT: dalhundal/sky-q.
