Get attribute data #2

The code currently does not get attribute data (such as UDAs and Field Attributes). Would like to add this very soon.

Last item was for analog field attributes. Messed up the checkin title a bit.

Still need to do UDAs. The list is stored in the UDAs attribute as an XML string. Looks like the DataType attribute matches this list. I am hoping my work for the Field Attributes can also translate to UDAs with extensions.
