User story

As an end user, I would expect to be able to request new product. As an end user, I would expect to be able to request restock of the product.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] As a customer I can fill form to ask for new product.
[ ] As a supplier I can view requested products.
[ ] As a customer I can erquest restock of product which is almost out of stock.
[ ] As a customer I can erquest restock of product which is out of stock.
