User story

As an end user, I would expect to be able to send feedback on application and features I want. As a supplier, I would expect to be able to send feedback on application and features I want. As an admin, I would expect to be able to send feedback on application and features I want.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] I can fill form to send feedback directly from application.
