Convert bin functions to components

I forgot that I have to make some of the files display different colors/styles/links.

Checklist:

• Convert each function to Component that returns the proper inner-html/text
• Wrap fetch in a try/catch block
• Move parseArgs, expandPath, parse to a utils module
