[docs] Add README for monolithic-hexagonal and monolithic-layered apps #24

READMEs should contain (at least):

precise instructions on how to run the app via Maven
demo screenshots (it's useful to have the expected result at hand, to compare when something goes wrong)
instructions on how to run automatic tests (added in #11)
Optional: instructions on how to debug in IntelliJ IDEA

Plan:

Place new README.md inside monolithic/monolithic-layered folder.
Place new README.md inside monolithic/monolithic-hexagonal folder.
Store screenshots somewhere nearby. For example, in "img" folders.
Add links from the root README.md to the new READMEs.
