creare card-list.Component as grid #9

Create card-list.component als Grid mit Bootstrap(sass) (i think card items are not reused outside of the grid. so i made a grid. and Bootstrap is better for creating Grid than Angular Material. so use Bootstrap)
Apply media-query with breaking-point 768px

Model은 우선 임시로 설정한 것이니, 추후에 템플릿 최종 완성 이후에 Model 구조에 대해서는 다시 논의해야 합니다.
